COMPANY OVERVIEW

Acton is primarily focused on development and commercialization of innovative pharmaceutical products that treat allergic, pulmonary, and other respiratory related diseases.

Established in 2008, Acton's management includes senior pharmaceutical executives and aerosol drug development experts with decades of collective experience. In 2009, Acton simultaneously completed a Series A round of financing with Sequoia Capital and the licensing of Aerospan from Forest Laboratories, Inc. Our partnership with Forest, a leading U.S. pharmaceutical company, gives Acton exclusive rights to develop and market Aerospan in the $7.0 billion dollar inhaled steroid market, in addition to ex-U.S. rights where they apply.

Aerospan was chosen as the Company's lead product to build our initial commercial infrastructure while we seek additional in-licensing, co-marketing, or acquisition product candidates.

The Company is currently completing development of Aerospan and plans to launch it in the U.S. market place with its own, proprietary commercial sales force. In addition, Acton is actively seeking to acquire additional late stage or marketed respiratory products that will complement our respiratory specialist and pediatric focus.
